Hazmat Training

SPF Safety provides comprehensive Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) training designed to meet OSHA regulatory requirements and prepare workers to safely identify, handle, and respond to hazardous materials in the workplace. Our courses emphasize real-world application, regulatory compliance, and practical decision-making in high-risk environments. 

Course Overview

  • For workers involved in hazardous waste operations or emergency response per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 & 29 CFR 1926.65 as well as public employees covered by EPA 40 CFR 311.

    • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Initial

    • 24-Hour HAZWOPER Initial

    • 8-Hour Annual Refresher

    • HAZMAT Awareness

    • Meets applicable OSHA HAZMAT and HAZWOPER requirements

    • Certificates issued upon successful completion

    • Documentation provided for employer compliance records

    • Instructor-led, in-person training

    • Hands-on demonstrations and scenario-based learning

    • On-site training available for groups

    • Flexible scheduling to meet operational needs
